As a small business, I want to inform you that I am currently unable to cover shipping costs. Here are a few important points to keep in mind when it comes to international shipping from the United Arab Emirates:

1. Shipping Fees, Taxes, and Duties:

For domestic orders within the UAE, the shipping fee is 25 AED. Please note that since February 12th, the additional 5% VAT charge is no longer included.

For international shipments, shipping fees are charged by the delivery company, whether it is DHL or Emex.

Customs and Duty Depending on your country, there may be additional fees applied to your delivery. These fees are assessed by your local government based on the value of the goods and the specific regulations per destination. I want you to be informed ahead of time to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

2. Delivery Times:

International shipping typically takes about 3 to 5 business days, but it may take longer due to customs procedures.

Domestic will take 1-2 days except Saturdays after 1 pm and Sundays.

3. Returns/Exchange: 

We believe that every customer matters. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not completely satisfied, you can return the turban within 7 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
