1. Shipping Fees, Taxes, and Duties:

For domestic orders within the UAE, the shipping fee is 25 AED. Please note that since February 12th, the additional 5% VAT charge is no longer included.

For international shipments, shipping fees are charged by the delivery company, whether it is DHL or Emex.

Customs and Duty Depending on your country, there may be additional fees applied to your delivery. These fees are assessed by your local government based on the value of the goods and the specific regulations per destination. 2. Delivery Times:

International shipping typically takes about 3 to 5 business days, but it may take longer due to customs procedures.

Domestic will take 1-2 days except Saturdays after 1 pm and Sundays.

3. Returns/Exchange:
